Microsoft Teams + DodoForm
Post verified DodoForm records into a Microsoft Teams channel. Read the deprecation note first: Microsoft is retiring the O365 connector webhooks this uses.
What happens on each record
A MessageCard is posted to a Teams incoming webhook, rendering as a card in the channel.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Microsoft Teams only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
An incoming-webhook URL from a Teams channel connector.
Before you turn it on
- Microsoft is deprecating O365 connector webhooks in favour of Power Automate Workflows. That is why this connector is Beta and not Live — the mechanism itself has an end date, independent of anything on our side. Check Microsoft's current guidance before you build a process on it.
- If your tenant has already had connector webhooks disabled, a Power Automate flow triggered by the generic Webhooks connector is the durable path today.
