Send verified DodoForm records to a Google Chat space webhook. Fits teams already inside Google Workspace alongside the Sheets connector.
What happens on each record
A message is posted to the Google Chat space webhook using the documented `text` payload.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Google Chat only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
An incoming-webhook URL for a Google Chat space.
Before you turn it on
- Space webhooks are created per space by a space manager, so you may need that role to generate the URL.
- Pairs naturally with the Google Sheets connector: notify in Chat, record in Sheets.
