What happens on each record
A message is posted to the Slack channel behind the incoming-webhook URL you paste.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Slack only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
A Slack incoming-webhook URL, created from a Slack app in your workspace. The URL is the credential and is channel-scoped.
Before you turn it on
- The webhook is bound to one channel at creation time. To route to a different channel, create a second webhook rather than editing the connector.
- Available on every plan, including Free — Slack notifications are not paywalled here.
