- Is there a truly free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan includes 3 forms, 100 AI generations per month, conditional logic, webhooks, Zapier/Notion/Slack integrations, and CSV export. No credit card required.
- What's the difference between Pro and Max?
- Pro ($19/mo) adds branded forms (custom logo, colors, banner), voice/image input, lead scoring, drop-off heatmaps, and 1,000 AI generations. Max ($49/mo) adds conversational BI ('Ask anything'), theme clustering, team seats, and 5,000 AI generations on premium AI models.
- Can I collect payments through forms?
- Yes. Payment collection is available on Pro and above. Connect your PayPal account and collect one-time or recurring payments directly inside your forms.
- Do you offer annual billing discounts?
- Yes. Annual plans are roughly 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Choose annual at checkout to lock in the discount.
- What happens if I hit my AI generation limit?
- Free users get 100 AI generations per month. Pro gets 1,000. Max gets 5,000. If you hit the limit, form submissions still work — only AI-powered features (extraction, generation, analytics) pause until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
- Is my data secure?
- All form data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use Supabase for database hosting with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Enterprise customers can request dedicated infrastructure and custom SLAs.
