Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DodoForm ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DodoForm is an AI-powered form builder that lets you create, publish, and analyze online forms. Features include AI form generation, messy-input extraction (voice, image, text), conversational BI, webhooks, integrations, and analytics.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("Your Content"), including form schemas, submissions, themes, and media. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Send spam, phishing, or deceptive content via forms.
  • Distribute malware or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Resell access to the Service without our written permission.

6. AI features

AI-generated content (form schemas, extracted data, analytics narratives) is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Plans and billing

  • Free accounts are subject to usage limits (forms, submissions, AI calls) as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for the remainder of their current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

As a form owner, you are the data controller for submissions collected through your forms. You are responsible for providing your own privacy notice to respondents and complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, documentation, and branding, is owned by DodoForm. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Support is provided via email. Response times depend on your plan tier.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DodoForm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DodoForm harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DodoForm operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
