Send verified DodoForm records to Pipedrive, mapped to your fields. Messy intake becomes a clean person and deal, with a review step before it reaches the pipeline.
What happens on each record
A person and an associated deal are created in Pipedrive from the verified record, using your field mapping.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Pipedrive only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
A Pipedrive API token from your user settings. Stable and long-lived, so there is no refresh cycle to maintain.
Before you turn it on
- Requires the Max plan or above.
- Currently Beta: mock-tested with stable auth, pending one confirmed round-trip against a real Pipedrive account.
- Pipedrive custom fields are addressed by key rather than by label, so map against the key to avoid values landing on the wrong field.
