HubSpot + DodoForm
Push verified DodoForm records into HubSpot as contacts and deals, mapped to your own properties. Extraction and human review happen before anything reaches your CRM.
What happens on each record
Contacts and deals are created in HubSpot, with verified values mapped onto the properties you choose.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so HubSpot only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
A HubSpot private-app token. Long-lived by design, so unlike an OAuth access token it does not lapse and quietly stop syncing.
Before you turn it on
- Requires the Max plan or above, because CRM routing is a Max capability.
- Currently Beta: the push is mock-tested and the token model is stable, but a round-trip against a real HubSpot sandbox has not been confirmed. Treat it as usable and watch the first few records rather than assuming silence means success.
- The review step is the point of this pairing — a CRM full of AI-guessed values is worse than an empty one, so records reach HubSpot only after they pass confidence gating or a human.
Who this is for
Sales teams on HubSpot whose leads arrive as forwarded emails, voice notes or business cards rather than as tidy form fills.
