Airtable + DodoForm
Push verified DodoForm records into an Airtable table via a Personal Access Token. Voice notes, photos and messy text become structured rows with a review step in between.
What happens on each record
A row is created in your Airtable table with the verified values.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Airtable only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
An Airtable Personal Access Token, scoped to the base you want written to. Tokens do not expire on a timer, so the connection is stable once set.
Before you turn it on
- The destination table must already have Name, Email, Phone and Notes columns. This is a real prerequisite rather than a suggestion — a missing column means the write is rejected.
- Currently Beta: the push is mock-tested and the token model is stable, but no round-trip against a real Airtable account has been confirmed yet.
