Notion + DodoForm

What happens on each record
A page is created in the Notion database you select, with verified values written to its properties.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Notion only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
An internal-integration token from Notion. Long-lived, so the connection does not need periodic reauthorisation.
Before you turn it on
- Explicitly share the target database with your Notion integration. Notion's tokens grant nothing by default, so a valid token with no share is the most common cause of a push that fails on the first try.
- Notion property types are strict: a text value cannot be written into a Number property, so map fields to compatible types.
