Trello + DodoForm
Create a Trello card for each verified DodoForm record. Intake arrives on the board already structured, rather than as a paragraph someone has to read and re-enter.
What happens on each record
A card is created on the Trello list you nominate, carrying the verified values.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Trello only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
A Trello API key plus a token — both are required, unlike the single-token connectors.
Before you turn it on
- Currently Beta: mock-tested, pending one confirmed round-trip against a real Trello account.
- Cards are created on a specific list, so board restructuring can orphan the target.

Small teams running intake as a kanban board rather than in a CRM.
