What happens on each record
A task is created in your Asana project from the verified record.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so Asana only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
An Asana Personal Access Token. Long-lived, and scoped to the user who created it.
Before you turn it on
- Currently Beta: mock-tested, pending a confirmed round-trip against a real Asana workspace.
- The token inherits its creator's access, so tasks are created as that user and their project permissions apply.

Agencies and internal teams whose intake is a work request that needs an owner and a due date.
