What happens on each record
Your TidyCal booking page is embedded in the form, so a respondent can pick a slot as part of completing it rather than being sent somewhere afterwards.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so TidyCal only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.

Your TidyCal booking-page link, copied from your TidyCal dashboard. No key, no token, nothing to rotate.
Before you turn it on
- TidyCal is usually chosen on cost rather than features, so check it supports the booking types you need — buffers, multiple durations, group bookings — before making it the scheduler on a high-value form.
- The embed loads in the respondent's browser, so a booking page restricted or unpublished on TidyCal's side will show nothing on your form.
- Available on every plan, including Free.
