SavvyCal + DodoForm
Embed a SavvyCal link on a DodoForm form so a qualified respondent books immediately, on a scheduler built around the person being invited rather than the person sending the link.
What happens on each record
Your SavvyCal scheduling link is embedded directly in the form, so the respondent picks a time in the same session they filled it in. Nothing is routed afterwards and no follow-up email is needed.
The push runs after a record is approved — by the confidence gate or by a human in the review queue — so SavvyCal only ever receives data that has been checked. That ordering is the point: AI-extracted values that nobody verified are worse than no values, because they are indistinguishable from real ones once they land.
What you need to connect it
Your public SavvyCal link. There is no API key and no OAuth grant, so this connector has nothing that can expire or need reauthorising.
Before you turn it on
- SavvyCal's distinguishing feature is on the recipient's side — they can overlay their own calendar and see ranked preferences — which only matters if the person booking is someone whose time you are courting rather than a customer in a queue.
- Because the scheduler renders on the form itself, put it behind your qualifying questions rather than at the top, or you will book calls you have not qualified.
