Why a phone app

The information you need rarely arrives at a desk. Candidate emails, client briefs, inbound leads and vendor forms land in inboxes, PDFs and voice notes, and the person who has to check them is often away from a laptop. The review step is where data quality is won or lost, so we put it where you already are.

What you can do in the app

Build a form by describing it

Type what you need in plain English and DodoForm writes the form: 27 field types, conditional logic, multiple pages, required rules and validation. Edit any of it by hand afterwards, or start from one of 200+ prompt templates.

Turn messy input into fields

Paste an email, a brief or a pile of notes. Attach a PDF, an image or an audio file. The Extractor reads it and fills in structured fields you can check and correct before anything is saved.

Review from your phone

Every extracted value carries a confidence score. Anything the AI was unsure of lands in a review queue instead of quietly entering your records. You get a push notification when a response needs you, and can approve, correct or reject it in a tap. This is the same trust loop described in Verified, Not Hallucinated.

Design it from your phone

Colours, typeface, layout, corners, logo, banner and background, all with a live preview of what respondents will see. Add a custom thank-you message.

Ask your data questions

See response volume, completion and drop-off, or ask in plain English and get an answer about your own responses.

Share and route

Publish to a public link or embed the form on your site. Export responses to CSV or Excel, or send them onward with webhooks, connectors and the API.

One account, phone and web

The app and the dashboard at dodoform.com are the same account. Build a form on your laptop, review its responses on your phone, and the other side is already up to date. Nothing to sync, nothing to export.
