No. OCR turns an image into text. Structured extraction also maps relevant parts of that text into named fields such as invoice number, date, or total.

Can I choose which fields AI extracts?

Yes. The existing form schema determines the fields DodoForm attempts to populate.

Is extracted data guaranteed to be correct?

No AI extraction is guaranteed. DodoForm keeps the fields editable and requires human review before submission.
